1. The process begins when you submit a Request for Service.
2. Either you bring us your items, or we pick them up. If we are picking them up, please leave your items on the front porch if you won't be home. If you requested a courtesy knife, we will drop that off as well. Our employees wear green shirts with the company logo clearly printed on the shirt to identify them. If your address is a business, an apartment, or a gated community, please contact us with details on how and where to pick up your items.
3. We bring your items to our shop, where we measure and assess the items and then send you an estimate for the work. Once you approve the estimate, we work our magic. Then we package your knives in a sealed box and either you pick them up or we bring them back to you, razor sharp.
4. If we are dropping them off at your place and you received a courtesy knife, please have it on your doorstep when our driver arrives. Our driver can collect payment at that time or you can pay online from a link in the invoice.

We strive to complete your items within 24-48 hours. If it will take longer than 48 hours, we will contact you.

If we are sharpening your kitchen knives, we have a limited number of razor-sharp courtesy knives available that you may borrow while yours are in the shop. If you would like to borrow one, please let us know. There is no charge for borrowing courtesy knives.

Sharpening is a multi-step process that begins by repairing any minor damage, restoring the bevel angle of the blade, then sharpening and stropping, yielding a phenomenally sharp edge.

We can also perform the following additional services upon request at no charge:

• Lubrication - For folding knives and other knives that have some sort of action (e.g., pocket knives, automatic knives, balisong knives), we can apply a dry synthetic lubricant to the moving parts. This dramatically improves the smoothness of the knife's action.
• Repairs - If a knife has minor chips or nicks in the edge or a slightly broken or bent tip, we will repair that damage at no cost to you. More extensive damage or damage in an area other than the blade edge is custom work and will be estimated separately.
• Restoration - If your knife has had a rough life and needs some love, we can restore it to its original beauty. If it has a rusty blade, weathered handle, tarnished accents, loose or missing rivets or other damage contact us to discuss!

We accept cash, all major credit and debit cards, Zelle, CashApp, and Venmo. Invoices are sent electronically and can be paid online, or we can collect payment in person.
